We enable creators, artists, and music festivals to build next-generation rewards programs using the Sidechain platform. Users can earn exclusive rewards, purchase and sell collectibles, and gain priority access to creator-led events.

2) How can I purchase merch?

Select your desired products, add the items to your cart, and input your payment info. If successful, the page will reload and you can view your purchases by clicking the "My Purchases" button under the "Buy Now" button you clicked earlier.

3) Where do I pickup my merch?

For Winterjazz merch, pickup at WJF concert venues. More details will be provided soon.

4) How can I get a refund?

Please email us directly at support@sidechainme.com. Note that merchandise sales are final once delivered and event tickets cannot be refunded less than 24 hours of the event.
